Wellness Rediscovery t/a is a rehabilitation and wellness company company which was incorporated in November 2017.
We work with leading hospitals, insurance companies, home health agencies, cooperates and individuals to deliver rehabilitative and wellness programs that reduce the burden of disease burden, of Noncommunicable Diseases and takes care of the preventative and curative needs of clients.
An integral part of our programs are IT solutions that aggregate, streamline, and digitalize essential data to ensure patients' health, and track their progress towards rehabilitation wellness. Our programs are individualized and comprehensive and our team is made up of a group of highly qualified and passionate health professionals making us the go-to Rehabilitation and Wellness company for many high profile corporate and individual clients.
We assist and analyse individual health status and then design and implement comprehensive programs in three stages: diagnosis, modification and prevention.
